Brushed DC micro motor is a type of micro DC motor that achieves mechanical commutation through electric brushes and commutators. It is the most common and practical power core in consumer electronics products such as toys and small appliances.
Easy to control, plug and play
No need for complex driving circuits - simply connect to a DC power supply to rotate, and switch the positive and negative poles to achieve commutation. Smooth speed regulation can be achieved by adjusting the voltage (PWM voltage regulation), which is extremely convenient for the simple control needs of toys and small appliances.
Brushed motors have the characteristic of high starting torque, which can output a large torque at the moment of power on, making them very suitable for applications such as toy cars and electric toothbrushes that require fast starting.
Micro brushed motors can have a diameter as small as 4mm and weigh only 0.6 grams, making them easy to integrate into various compact product designs.
