QIDO Suitable for multiple models of oil seals

This TG type high-performance skeleton oil seal has strong pressure resistance and is mainly designed for high-pressure, high-speed, or more demanding sealing conditions. It is a universal improved product with threads on the outside and a standard double or triple lip design on the inside, which can replace most TC oil seals.
Triple sealing guarantee: Compared to the TC type's double lip (main oil seal+dust-proof), the TG type adopts a three lip design inside. The additional auxiliary lip can more effectively prevent lubricating oil from leaking from the inside, even if the main lip has slight wear, the auxiliary lip can still function.
External thread locking: The metal frame of TG oil seal has a unique circular thread on the outside. This design has two benefits:
More stable installation: increase friction with the mounting hole to prevent the oil seal from being flushed out or rotated under high pressure.
Auxiliary sealing: The thread itself can form a labyrinth effect, assisting in preventing external grease leakage.
TG oil seals require high installation accuracy. When installing, attention should be paid to:
Shaft surface: It is recommended that the hardness be above HRC 30, and the roughness Ra should be between 0.2-0.8 μ m.
Installation tool: It is necessary to use a specialized press fit tool to prevent the oil seal from tilting or the lip from curling.
Lubrication: Apply a small amount of grease to the lip before installation to prevent dry friction from burning out the oil seal during startup.
