The core of pneumatic booster pump is the principle of pressure doubling:
Intake stage: Compressed air enters the driving piston chamber, pushing the large-area piston forward
Compression stage: The large-area piston drives the large-area plunger to compress the pressurized medium
Reversing stage: When the piston reaches the end of its stroke, the pneumatic distribution valve automatically changes direction, and the piston moves in the opposite direction
Inhalation stage: When the piston retracts, the one-way valve opens and low-pressure medium is sucked in
Loop: The above process repeats at high speed, and the output pressure gradually increases

This is one of the most prominent features of gas booster pumps:
When the output pressure approaches the set value, the reciprocating speed of the pump automatically slows down
After reaching the set pressure, the pump automatically stops moving
At this point, energy consumption is almost zero, no heat is generated, and no parts are moving
When the system pressure drops (such as leakage), the pump will automatically start to supplement the pressure and maintain a constant circuit pressure
